Peanut Butter Fudge
Servings: 18 servings
Ingredients
½ c. natural peanut butter
½ c. vegan butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. powdered sugar
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and microwave until melted (approximately 1 minute).
Remove from the microwave and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
Gradually add powdered sugar until well-combined. If using a mixer, be sure it is on a low speed.
In a lined loaf pan, evenly press the peanut butter mixture.
Place loaf pan in the freezer for approximately 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer and cut into 18 pieces (3 x 6).
