Speculoos Spread

Ingredients
8 oz speculoos cookies, finely crushed
1 c. boiling water
¼ c. softened vegan butter
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
Combine speculoos cookie crumbs and boiling water.
Once softened, mix in the softened vegan butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Notes
This mixture stores well in the fridge for up to one week.
