Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
6 Tbsp. water
2 large bananas, mashed
6 Tbsp. vegan butter, melted
⅓ c. brown sugar
⅓ c. granulated sugar
¼ c non-dairy milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ c. vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
In a small-sized bowl, mix ground flaxseed and water. Place bowl in the fridge for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, non-dairy milk, vanilla extract, and flaxseed mixture.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Do not over mix.
Once combined, pour the batter into a lined or greased loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread rest for approximately 30 minutes before serving.
