Toffee Cracker Bites

Ingredients
1 9oz. bag of oyster crackers
½ c. vegan butter
¾ c. brown sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a saucepan on medium-high heat, combine butter, brown sugar, and salt.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, place crackers onto a lined baking sheet. Make sure it is evenly spread.
Remove toffee mixture from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour toffee mixture over the oyster crackers. Stir the mixture until evenly distributed.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Allow crackers to cool completely before enjoying.
